Cancellations
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 18.50 per day.

Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Directions to Hotel Richmond, Adelaide
From the airport travel down Sir Richard William Avenue, turning right onto Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Follow until you get to West Terrace, where you turn left and follow until North Terrace turn-off (to the right). Follow until Pulteney Street where you turn right and turn again at the first right-hand turn - Austin Street. Park in one of the available loading zones and walk through the Renaissance Centre to the hotel. * Please contact Hotel Richmond prior to arrival for a permit pass to utilise the loading zones as Adelaide City Council stringently enforces parking fines in prohibited zones. *
